Well Feb 9th is a Sunday, so maybe Mon 3rd id say
Obviously I'm not much of a TV watcher (poor reception under the rock where I'm living
) since I burst out laughing when I read the phrase "Tour of Qatar" and scared my dog. Then I googled it and apparently it does exist. Theoretically Feb 9th is the start date (link to stage dates and route map http://www.letour.com/tour-of-qatar/2014/us/overall-route.html). Instead of a gold cobblestone do they hand out gold skyscrapers?
