Tifosi is the in-house bike brand of RJ Chicken & Sons - probably the oldest UK bike distribution company. You can check the bikes out here http://www.chickencycles.co.uk/tifosi/ the whole range should be there, well you'd hope. There's a dealer listing on there too and you can buy them online at places like Wiggle and the like.
Couldn't find any recent reviews but I have had people review 'em the Audax and the CK7 are the two I'm familiar with - well thought out bikes. My personal view is that there a tad over-priced, but maybe I'm just tight.
Are they the same brand as the Tifosi eyewear?
No, they're an American company whereas Tifosi bikes are British
