Hi vis+hi vis = Invis
It works in GTA
The comments BTL on that have so many attempted explanations of how it couldn't possibly be the driver's fault...
Although I did notice this exchange:
"...didn’t see any thing as she was texting"
"How do you know?"
"Who doesn’t text and drive"
It's nice that many drivers in high-speed chases think "I'm sure to lose them if I go into this 1970s housing estate"
I love the caption on that photo:
"The Tesla model can be seen deep inside the store. "
I do wonder how it jumped that sofa, though...
Didn't you read the title? It was flying!
I for one welcome our new flying car overlords
I did notice that the article also minimised that someone else was injured, just "not badly".
I was intending to go up Whiteladies Road last night and got to that point, and they were diverting all uphill traffic left and into that maze of single lane residential roads (because of all the cars parked either side) that I usually avoid.
I wondered what had happened: there were police and fire vehicles there and a huddled crowd of student-aged people being talked to by a policeman.
Obviously because the government have, like, totally failed to put charging points anywhere (war on the electric motorist!) you have to plug the Tesla in next to the telly.
I don't understand why you can't just get an app for charging your car if they're so good? Or buy charge from Amazon, like with credit on your phone?
You can get electricity keys from newsagents - they should work fine
Winged it
Not the fault of the driver, this one. His shoes are guilty as sin though.

Has anyone got the wit to access this story (regional content again)? I'd love to know more.

"Jail for triathlete who chomped off stranger's ear in Dundee pub
He needed nine police officers to restrain him after biting off a random stranger’s ear."
Any Dundee Courier subscribers on here?
The number of proper cyclists out today is unchanged.

This is a straight 30mph road on the approach to a crossroads with traffic lights (street view).
And we have to share the roads with these morons...

The page as a whole reminds us of what a shit-show cars are - story after story.

So, that's 4001 holes, then. (Hardly original of me, but you are at least reading the news today.)
As well as photos, there's a video - it's a bit like The Exorcist, you have to watch carefully. Just after the white van comes into shot from the right, the blue van flies across the left hand side, emerging from this 20 mph road. There's no Give Way signs, so y'know...
They should make cars have registration plates and the drivers have to pass a test and have insurance.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, something needs to be done about these cars throwing themselves on their sides or roof. #NoDriverInvolved

Chico, California.
"Cleanup aisle 10"
EDIT : I paid a little Google car visit to this location and had a drive around the shopping area mentioned in the article. I've never been to America and I found a visit to the Council website interesting too, it's a trees and cycling city, apparently.
In the shopping area, basking in the California sun, it's so striking how medical care is sold as a commercial proposition; right next to the loud and proud tobacco store. There's a car garage with a car wash and two drive-in fitting bays. The car wash part was more nicely built than your typical UK example.
From the Council website, you notice the environmental issues that they live next to - there's a dam and the city of Paradise, up in the mountains, razed to the ground by fire and in the process of being rebuilt. Take the Google car up there and you get a mix of pre and post fire views.
The dramatic moment banned driver crashes into brick wall trying to escape police
He pleaded guilty to driving without due care and attention, driving while disqualified, driving without insurance, failing to stop when requested to do so by police, failing to stop at the scene of a collision and fraudulently using false registration plates on August 27 last year.
This wouldn't happen if all drivers had to have a licence, insurance and numberplates
