milKit here we are happy to say that we do now offer the needle, the syringe as well as the flexible connector as replacement parts. You can purchase these online (depending where you are based via www.milKit.bike or amazon or https://www.freewheel.co.uk), all dealers can be found here: https://milkit.bike/dealers/ or you can go directly to one of our retailers.
We hope this helps, please feel free to reach out to us if you have more questions on where to purchase our replacement parts.
That's great, thanks for the response.
Currently, the replacement needle is out of stock at Freewheel and can't find it on Amazon, but that's not really a problem as I've ordered some hopefully compatible metal ones.
One thing that might be useful in the future is if you produced an extra long valve that's suitable for 85mm deep rims. I've had my eye on a Prime rear 85mm wheel, but wouldn't be able to use a MilKit valve on it if I bought one. I'm guessing that to fit an 85mm rim, the valve would need to be approx 100mm in length (judging by my using a 75mm valve in a 60mm rim).
Think the connector is a standard luer.
These should do the trick but they are metal so you might want to be a bit gentle when sticking it in (Phrasing).

Thanks, that looks like just the thing. Now that I know to look for 'luer' and 'dispensing needle', I found (and have bought) a similar offering on FleaBay: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/303671325787
I think these are 14G which should be suitable (2.00mm OD).
Have you tried using the reamer that is on your wolf tool extra special quick link pliers?
That's too wide and not long enough to clear out the Milkit tube, but I've ordered some piano wire to see if I can get some more life out of it (along with maybe an alcohol soak). The reamer is more for cleaning the valve which shouldn't be needed with Milkit valves as they seal at the bottom which should prevent sealant getting up in there.
However, my tube is a bit damaged, so I'd like to replace it without buying another Milkit kit.
