Calling all cyclists…The Friends of the Wisdom Hospice are appealing to the cycling community of Medway and Swale to saddle up for Wheels for Wisdom 2014.
The cycle challenge takes place on Sunday 11th May and registration is now open via The Friends’ website: www.fowh.org.uk. You can also join The Friends cycling group on Map my Ride: www.mapmyride.com/people/groups/66313/
The event takes on two wonderful scenic routes, 45km and 75km, that encompass both Medway and Swale. The routes start and finish at The Royal Engineers Museum. As an added bonus if you are coming to the event you will also get free entry to the museum, so why bring some friends and family to cheer you on!
Entry is £15 for the 45km route or £20 for 75km route. Sign up before the 9th May and you will save yourself £5 on the 'on the day' entry price!
Whatever your reason for cycling, be it for exercise, in memory of a loved one or just for fun Wheels for Wisdom, is becoming a very popular part of the cyclist calendar so why not sign up today.
Thanks to 100 local cyclists, sponsors and volunteers who got involved last year we raised an amazing £7,302 for the hospice. Together we can make this another successful year.
Our thanks also go to this year’s sponsor's:-
