Mud and Mayhem Duathlon, Cani and Trail Race, High Lodge Thetford Forest 2020
For 2020 we are excited to move to our new location at High Lodge, Thetford Forest for what is set to be one of the biggest Off Road Duathlon and Trail Running events in the East of England. The Duathlon course uses all the best aspects of the High Lodge trails both for the bike and the run creating a 20.5 km off road bike loop (competed for on a mountain bike) and a 5.8km trail run which you can complete individually or as part of a 2 person relay team. You will be tested on woodland trails as well as across open and single forest tracks.
For the trail race and cani-trail race you have the option of a single 5K lap or 2 or 3 laps making 10 and 15 k respectively. Your dog must be at least one year old to compete. There will be equipment to borrow (with a £20 deposit)
All of this happens at the same time making for a crazy fun filled event - and hopefully some mud too!
