DISTANCES
LITTLE DIPPER - 100KM BIKE RIDE
BIG DIPPER - 100MILE BIKE RIDE
This will be the third year this event has taken place. It is based at Shiplake College, near Henley on Thames.
DETAILS
The course will head out over the Chiltern Hills with amazing scenery, ascents and descents. If you are looking to stretch your legs in the early season, this is the one to ride.
The event takes in some of the most picturesque areas of the Thames Valley and Chilterns with a good injection of up and downs. The event has been designed around the time of year, with the early season classics in full swing.
If you are looking for a challenging, testing and lung busting early season event with lots of coffee and cakes at the end this is the event for you....
If there is anyone looking to train for Challenge Henley in September, then you will be happy to hear that some of the roads, but certainly the whole area of the bike course will take in many of the same valleys as on the Challenge Henley course.
Sag Wagon Sweep Up Of Riders: which leaves 90 minutes after last rider.
St John Ambulance - With both static and roaming vehicles.
The first aid cover at our events is of a very high standard, whereby last year the roaming Ambulance had to take care of another sportive that was taking place on the same day in the Southern Counties, that did not have this service.
