Yes, there are several glaring omissions in my patch too.
It seems liek a good idea but there's absolutely no indication of who 'owns' this map or how cafés come to be included (or not). Without such transparency, it is seriously lacking in credibility.
This is a very limited map, the most comprehensive one I've seen is the one maintained by the YACF community
Agreed. Local to me it misses out brilliant cafe in Boat of Garten (the 1896). Great soup and cakes, much friendlier than the surly guy at Inshriach (though his cakes are good!)
Nice idea but full of potential pitfalls. I can't see a facility to add comments to each entry e.g. that The Bog Visitor Centre near Shrewsbury is only open weekends from Easter to September or October (not sure which month, sources vary). Or that a cafe has closed or changed hands.
What happens when the map owner loses interest? Is the data publicly available as a downloadable list?
There are several in or near Shrewsbury that our Social Ride group is visiting that could be added. The local CTC group also has its own map but I don't know how up-to-date it is.
Lots of lovely cycle friendly cafes in and around the Vale of Evesham

Please contact me if I need to upload them myself.
If you sign into Google, click on the three stripes on the top left of the map page you can send Google feedback re the map and also highlight the map for the area of your feedback. Perhaps that will get them to include any ommissions?
you can add detail on the Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/CafeNetworkcycling
There are at least 3 or 4 missing in the New Forest area would be good to get these added.
I agree - would love to make a few suggestions ... The Forge Cafe, Allendale, Northumberland is a definite!
Ditto, quite a few could be added to the Warrington Area.
Need to get in touch with the owner of this map - if anyone knows who it is, please holler. There's about 20 missing from my patch.
For anyone wanting the low-down on the best cafés in the Winchester-Newbury-Andover-Basingstoke area, check out our carefully-curated list here: https://goo.gl/QxoMNf
A work in progress. Some more here for whoever is putting this list together...
