Today's DealCatcher is a bumper 5-deal haul featuring bikes, bibs, events, jackets, and wheels for absolute bargain prices.
Our diligent DealCatcher's spread his net wide today, taking in deals at Hargroves Cycles, Merlin Cycles, Chain Reaction Cycles, Wiggle, and Evans Cycles to make sure you're getting the absolute most for your money.
Topping today's list is a Bianchi Intenso Athena, the Italian brand's best bang-for-buck carbon machine.
Following that we've got a pair of Altura bibs from Merlin, a Sportful waterproof jacket from Chain Reaction, a pair of bargain alloy Fulcrum wheels over at Wiggle, and your choice of Evans' Ride It cycle sportives on a 3-for-2 offer.
Hargroves Cycles
£1500 is one hell of a price for a bit of carbon Bianchi.
If you don't mind missing out on the Italian brand's trademark green, but you're after a full carbon experience with a reasonably relaxed and comfortable geometry, this is the bike for you.
In what would make an excellent first carbon road bike, the Intenso runs Campagnolo's most affordable 11-speed groupset in the Athena.
The wheels are Fulcrum Racing 7s, but despite the name and low spoke count they won't be winning any light wheel competitions. That said, if you're not too bothered about racing, the 7s are excellently durable and sturdy, and should see you well on commutes, club runs, and training rides.
Merlin Cycles
When we reviewed the Altura Raceline Comp Bib Shorts back in May 2014 spring was on its way in, and all of our legs were coming out.
Obviously, apart from one or two of you hard cases, our legs are very 'in' at the moment. That doesn't mean you can't look ahead to what will undoubtedly be an early and balmy spring - global warming, eh?
These Altura Raceline Comp Bibs went down a storm - performance and looks wise - with our reviewer Caben O'Hara. He said they were 'stylish and comfortable shorts,' which is almost all you can really ask for, isn't it?
Chain Reaction Cycles
Now for something a little more seasonal.
Sportful's Fiandre No-Rain Jacket won't stop the rain from falling, but it should do an excellent job of stopping it ruining your ride.
Tested by the Tinkff-Saxo professional cycling team, all of Sportful's top-end gear comes with something of a guarantee that it works. If the professionals can cope, then so can you.
The No-Rain utilises a combination of Windstopper fabrics, 4 Way Warm fabrics, and 4 Way Light fabrics to strike an excellent balance between keeping out the cold and keeping you comfortable on your ride.
We reviewed the Fiandre Extreme Neoshell jacket in December and gave it a stunning 9/10. The No-Rain has a similar concept and followed similar professional testing procedures, so we imagine it'll do just as good of a job.
Wiggle
We absolutely loved Fulcrum's Racing Quattro Carbon Wheelset when we reviewed it earlier this month. Our man Justin Loretz called them 'light, fast, stiff, and strong, and very, very versatile.'
We've yet to have a play with Fulcrum's significantly more affordable Alloy option, but if Fulcrum stick to the standard they set with their range of carbon 2016 wheels, you could be in for something of a bargain here.
Especially at 46% off.
Evans Cycles
How are your New Years resolutions going?
You weren't one of the many cyclists who told themselves they'd ride more in 2016, only to shirk away from the freezing conditions, were you?
Well, now's the time to give yourself a little bit more motivation.
With the code NYRIDE342 you can get an entire sportive for free, as long as you book two others.
Essentially, Evans Cycles are offering you a great chance to give yourself something - or several things - to aim for in regards to your training.
We say: get booking and get riding. There are loads of great options amongst the Evans Ride It series, so you've got no excuse really!
