Indoor cycle gymnastics may just be what you’re after.
If this video from the Indoor Cycle Gymnastics World Championships is anything to go by, it’s part dance routine, part spinning session, and 100 per cent enthusiasm, with body rolls, air grabs and a bit of voguing, in a disco setting.
There seems to be little evidence of this sport outside of South Korea, but what we have seen is pretty brilliant. Who knows? It might be the next big thing.
