They’re a little late to the party, perhaps, but Peter Sagan and his Bora-Hansgrohe team mates are the latest people from the cycling world to take on the Mannequin Challenge. Meanwhile, the world champion and his wife Katarina are starring in their own calendar – and Sagan is giving a signed copy away on Facebook.

Bora-Hansgrohe join the likes of Rimini-based Dafne Fixed, the Newport-based Black Line track team and even the staff and riders at the UCI’s World Cycling Centre in taking on the challenge – here’s their effort.
Meanwhile, Sagan is giving one of his Facebook followers the chance to win a signed copy of a limited edition calendar featuring himself and his wife and produced in collaboration with his sponsor, Sunroot.
Pictures of three months of the calendar appear on the Sunroot website, where you can order your own copy for €14,90.
Sunroot promise that the calendar will let you “Cheer up your life with pictures full of positive energy.”
It highlights Sagan’s personal sense of style – which, let’s face it, can be a bit ‘out there’ at times.
Each month also has a motivational phrase of the kind you might fine on posters at a hotel off a motorway that hosts corporate awaydays – so “Let’s Look Forward” in January, “Never Give Up” in February, and “Enjoy The Day” in April.
Mind you, Sagan's a back-to-back road world champion, has won five straight points jerseys at the Tour de France, and is the reigning Tour de Flanders champion, so perhaps there's something in it after all?
