Don't know what kind of commuting the folks at Knog do, but I don't think the Stars and Stripes goatskin fellas will go with my normal commuting ensemble (i.e. my normal duds)
Last time I saw gloves like that, they were on some American bloke rocket biking across the Grand Canyon.
Like the mini multi tool though - wonder if any of the tools actually work?
Lost my Topeak back light this morning... first pothole on my first commute on my new Bowery, it bounced under the wheels of the car behind me. Must admit the clip attachment to the rack was pretty naff - not recommended!
They look good but, are the Knog ones able to rotate with changes in seat pin and seat stay angles or are they fixed?
Yeah they seem pretty good, you can't rotate them through 90deg or anything like that, but the nature of the one-piece rubber fixing system means that they should fix to pretty much any part of your bike, even quite flat section seat-stays, just tried it out with the front ones (which also fit okay on oversized bars - with a bit of a stretch). The rear light is much the same, but smaller… small enough that I put it down and now I can't find it.
Any chance of 'loosing' it into a SAE?
Maybe, but not yet
