Tickets on sale for National track champs + Paralympic world champs

Tickets for the Senior National Track Championships and the UCI Para-Cycling Track World Championships, both to be held at the Manchester Velodrome this autumn, are now on sale through Ticketmaster.
 
The Senior National Track Championships will see Olympic and World Champions battle for supremacy against the up and coming generation of track riders looking to establish themselves as the stars of tomorrow for the National Champion titles between 22 and 24 October.
 
Then, between 6 and 8 November, the Great Britain Para-Cycling Team, which scooped 20 medals in the 2008 Beijing Olympics, will take on competitors from around the world on home turf in the UCI Para-Cycling Track World Championships.
 
This is the first time British Cycling has hosted this prestigious UCI event, offering fans at home an opportunity to watch in action one of the most successful cycling teams of all time ahead of the 2012 London Olympic and Paralympic Games.
 
One day tickets cost £5 and three day tickets are priced at £12.50 for both events. Family and concession tickets are also available.
 
Spectators are encouraged to book early as tickets are sold on a first come first served basis and the same price applies irrespective of seat location within the Velodrome.

This year the Manchester Velodrome will also hold the first round of the UCI Track Cycling World Cup Classics between 30 October and 1 November, bringing three fantastic track events and the world’s best cyclists to the city in a space of just six weeks. There are a limited number of tickets still available for this event via Ticketmaster.
