Chris Akrigg - fiveStunning display of riding in Chris Akrigg's latest video
Skill. Chris Akrigg has an abundance of it, and he's put it all on show in this latest video. Okay, it's not a road cycling video, but bikes are bikes and we're going to bend the rules just a little bit. This is worth 8 minutes of your day.
It's really impressive, with some astonishing displays of riding, including leaping from from one building rooftop to another. The video sees him putting a variety of bikes through their paces, including a Mongoose Maurice fixed wheel and even a kids' bike. So sit back and enjoy.
David worked on the road.cc tech team from 2012-2020. Previously he was editor of Bikemagic.com and before that staff writer at RCUK. He's a seasoned cyclist of all disciplines, from road to mountain biking, touring to cyclo-cross, he only wishes he had time to ride them all. He's mildly competitive, though he'll never admit it, and is a frequent road racer but is too lazy to do really well. He currently resides in the Cotswolds, and you can now find him over on his own YouTube channel David Arthur - Just Ride Bikes.

Skilled as MacAskill is, Akrigg wipes the floor with him. He has a much bigger bag of tricks, whereas Danny is all backwards nose manuals. Akrigg is a true 'bike-rider's bike-rider' where MacAskill is YouTube's flavour-of-the-month.
What?? Where was the payoff? I was hoping he'd manage to knock a bucket of water over the white van man's head at the end.
