The light stretchy soft shell fabric is supple and pleasant to wear. It's fully wind and waterproof, with a laminate layer, yet actually breathable enough to keep overheating and perspiration to a minimum. Even when working hard, it breathes well and helps keep you dry, but it does remain an inherently warm top, too warm for summer or even warm spring weather. However, with a decent baselayer under it, it could easily cope with three season use, making it a light and versatile option.
Features include a huge amount of reflectivity, which can never be a bad thing, a zipped mesh lumbar pocket and a zipped bicep security pocket with a port for a headphone cable. The chest zip is deep enough to assist effectively with ventilation, while a rear vent at the shoulder blades also helps with this. Sleeve length is excellent, with shaped cuffs contributing further to the suitability for use in a more stretched out riding position, as does the streamlined fit and stretch fabric.
Other than being ideal for road riders, tourers will like the weight, small packsize, enduring wear comfort and levels of protection offered by the Pullover.
Comfortable to wear, protective smock, ideal for three season use. Just a bit warm for summer.
