Endura have launched two new road lids, with the Pro SL incorporating Koroyd technology in the shell for better crash protection and the FS260-Pro coming in at a featherlight 210g.

The £149.99 Pro SL has a micro-adjustment fit system and numerous anchor points in the rear retention system. The Koroyd technology is found in the core of the helmet, and is designed to improve impact absorption. To get a CE certification bike helmets have to show to reduce risk of a skull fracture by 40%, and helmets with the Koroyd shell design found on the Pro SL claim to limit this to 5%. As well as top notch protection Endura claim the Pro SL offers superior ventilation thanks to angled tubes in the shell structure, which increases airflow.
The FS260-Pro is £89.99, and while it doesn't have the Koroyd impact protection, it's at home in the mountains with a claimed weight of 210g for the M/L version and under 200g for the small lid. It comes in white, high-vis green and black colourways, with twin striped and reflective details at the rear, and there's multiple large air vents to maximise ventilation. Antibacterial fast wicking padding add comfort and reduce the pong for even the sweatiest of days in the mountains.

Where did you read the minimum tariff is 5 years? Sentencing Guidelines says it's 2 years (minimum disqualification is 5 years)....

Looking at that Koroyd system on the website, it just looks like a load of plastic drinking straws glued together, which would be a better use of them!
would be nice to see what they actually look like...
Was wondering what the arty close-ups were about, without a decent pic of the whole of either helmet.
Then clicked on one of the links and realised it's because they're not the best looking lids.
And looking at them again, why is it only the cheaper one that's available in Green? The White with green drinking straws doesn't look that great - would be much better in Green with white straws.
