This Saturday (27th September) pop down to the opening party of Micycle East at 58a Southgate Road, Be Beauvoir Town, London (N1 3JF).
The new community bike shop has a well-equipped workshop, offering everything from a full service to puncture repairs, plus one-to-one maintenance lessons. The fully stocked shop includes the latest ranges from Bianchi and Bobbin, plus all the bits you need to keep your bike on the road.
With its outdoor space, Micycle East will be creating micro-allotments for local residents, and has seating for you to sip on Micycle East coffee. There is also a ‘bike wash’, professional work-stand and tools for customers’ use.
On Saturday from 2pm there will be beer and hotdogs, music courtesy of BBC 6 Music producer Tom Whalley (The Huey Show) and house DJ Swayzak, plus a chance to look around the shop and see what it has to offer.
