BBC article - road collision in NI

"A 50-year-old man has died following a collision in County Down.
It happened on the carriageway between Newtownards and Bangor shortly before 05:50 BST on Thursday.
The cyclist and a driver of a Renault car were heading towards Bangor when the collision occurred close to the Somme Heritage Centre outside Newtownards.
The man driving the car was not injured.
PSNI Insp David McClements has asked anyone who witnessed the collision to contact police.
The carriageway remains closed to traffic in the direction of Bangor."
My emphasis. Is this equal/unbiased reporting? Bicycle and car travelling in the same direction, collide, cyclist dies: in what world would the motorist have actually been injured?

Seems a little more neutral than a lot of reporting, just the facts, what is currently known. They didn't use that horrible word "accident".
Another unfortunate and pointless death, because people wanted to get somewhere. I feel for the family.
