Liege-Bastogne-Liege

Any idea when the startlist will be updated for LBL? Still no Froome, Nibali or Gerrans (among others).

I've backed Gilbert in Amstel and Fleche, so will continue to back him for the win here (kiss of death). Dan Martin might be a good outside bet though.

The race has kicked off but it's unclear what's going to happen. Don't think any breaks are going to stay away for long.

Anyone online watching?

First classic I've seen live for a while but daughter's football match was cancelled today as the other team couldn't produce one!!

I decided to stick....

Valverde, Gilbert, Mollema, Martin, Kwiatkowski, Henao, Cattaneo, Betancur, Weening

Purist: J-Rod, Martin, Mollema, Gilbert, Ulissi, Iglinsky, Betancur, Weening, De Clerq

It seems a Mollema, Valverde, Kwiatkowski 1-2-3 would be the best for me

If the Giro prices hadn't been set last week he'd be even more expensive than that!

I really don't fancy Gerrans' chances as much as everyone else seems to(cue him winning now!!)....I guess you can see what sort of race I'm expecting by this little lot.

J-Rod
His Nibs
Henao
Quintana
Samu
Cunego(last chance for the Little Prince)
Rolland
Betancur
Weening

Still 9 purists running-J-Rod,Weening,Betancur,Henao,Slagter,Gilbert,Cunego,Moser,Quintana.

I'll be glad to see the back of the one-dayers.....until Quebec at least.

Thanks for the Ray, I totally forgot about Betancur....Glad I had a transfer in the bag, Schleck gets the boot, so you better all get him in going on my last two years performances 19

Last chance to get him at that price....13.8 credits for Giro D'Italia(and I still reckon he'll get takers for purist and mountain stages-I expect him to top10 and be a contender for young jersey).

Couldn't squeeze Martin in in the end. My big-hitters are Nibs, Valverde, Gerrans, Gilbert and Henao. Really wavered on the last one, but his form is undeniable.

Tipping Gerrans for the 'w' though.

Gilbert, Valverde and Betancur are my definites. Good feeling about Dan Martin, too. Igor Anton looked strong mid-week, just to confuse us all.

I have NO Froomedog. But I want to know, who is NOT going to take a gamble with Schleck, such good value at 3, he's been my throw away rider every time he races, so I can afford better riders and on the off chance he finishes a race....

Again.....not with Betancur AND Weening at the same price!!

Quite agree! Had Schleck in a long time ago but not now. Glad I went Betancur rather than Weening today though!

To Froome, or not to Froome...

I'd got my team all picked, sorted yesterday, and was just waiting on final startlists before making my transfers, but now... 39 39 39

Gilbert, Quintana and Betancur are my only definitely-staying-ins. Sorely tempted by Nibali, not sure if he has one eye on the Giro now though (but does that even matter?).

Again: 39

I've been rash and made half my transfers already....just hope the likes of Froomie don't pull out before Sunday

Me too - going away for the weekend. One transfer left so if someone drops out it'll have to be a straight swap. Could be a rash move - I had 2 drop out before Fleche...
