Giro release 500 limited edition Contador Havik glasses

When it comes to grand tours Alberto Contador is THE MAN these days, as Lance and Ivan will surely find out come the summer. So what better way to celebrate the youngest man to win all three tours than by a set of commemorative glasses?… sunglasses.

Well, no better way if you happen to be a maker of the top end glasses he wears. So Giro have brought out a limited edition range of 500 pairs of their Havik glasses – and that's 500 worldwide. The glasses are available in each of the celebrated colours that represent the leader’s jersey for those iconic races so we're assuming that means there's 500 of each colour rather than 500 in total.
