VIDEO: Never seen a two-piece bicycle? You have now...

It's the easiest way to pull a wheelie you will ever see...

A unicycle is a wonderful thing, but it's never been the most practical vehicle for everyday transport - until now.

A crazy cyclist in the Philippines has created himself a two-piece bike from two unicycles - one with a saddle and one with handles - giving him stability on rutted roads and the ability to pull some stunts along the way.

In a video filmed from a passing car, the cyclist is seen navigating the busy streets, then showing off for the crowds with some wheelies, to whoops of encouragement.

In terms of crazy cyclist behaviour, this might even beat our favourite video series of this year - back in January we featured  a cyclist in São Paulo, Brazil trackstanding while balancing a gas canister in his head.

Later, another  emerged showing the same man riding not just with a gas canister, but also a watermelon perched on his noggin:

Looks like he's having a lot of fun with that. I doubt he gets much stability from the front wheel; it looks more like a fun prop. I used to commute on a unicycle in Bristol when I was younger and they're a lot of fun. Newspapers make a good prop too as once you get the hang of steering/balancing from your hips, you free up your hands. Hmmm, maybe it's time to get back on a uni - they are immensely fun to ride.
