I like the word imprecations
It is ever so useful:
' Your moment's inattention and understandable distraction in charge of your large vehicle appears to have resulted in my shoulder being dislocated and my suffering multiple contusions as you turned left and overtook me simultaneously. Kindly accept my imprecations.'
At least that's what I think I said
That cycle way in Bournemouth will probably win the Turner Prize
The half million journey statistic is dodgy. There are three sensors on the route, a few miles apart. If you ride along the whole section of the route, this is recorded as three trips. One return journey could count as six.
City connect are are serial tellers of alternative facts
Every time I see that picture of the Sikh cyclist from Bradford I remember that he kindly stopped to check that I was OK when I got knocked off about a year ago. I may not have appeared sufficiently grateful at the time, due to adrenaline , considerable pain and having to deal with my myopic motorist...so ...Thanks again.
that's a great photo - we need more of that sort of thing
