9. Prague tourist area bike ban to be enforced from the end of the month
A daytime ban on cycling in some of Prague’s major tourist areas will be enforced from the end of the month. While restrictions were introduced at the end of May, the ban is not currently being enforced as traffic signs are not yet in place.

10. An ex-pro's journey from paracetamol to MDMA
From our Friday live blog is the story of the fall from grace for a former New Zealand cyclist who was trying to use paracetamol as a performance-enhancer back in 2013... this week he was handed an 18-month prison term, part of which was suspended, after pleading guilty to five counts of selling MDMA, supplying a prohibited drug, possession of unlawfully obtained cash and possession of a prohibited drug with intent to sell or supply. The judge said he believed the 28-year-old was remorseful and hoped he could one day reengage with the cycling world.
