Welcome to the real world...
It would appear that the Telegraph is more out of touch than even I imagined. Of course, their readership doesn't ride bikes, they play tennis, cricket and support football from the comfort of the couch. Which raises the rather interesting question of why they are offering a bike as a prize.
And he is Welsh.
