Nice hanky box on the dashboard.
That reminds me, I have to report the coach that tried to run me of the road this morning to the police.
It really gets to me how some people think it is OK to Try and kill someone just for using the road.
he might be 'old and frail' but it sounds like the old fart was trying to intimidate and bully while in his car. doesn't matter how old they are then they are protected but a metal cage.
good on Cav for tweeting it, we shouldn't have to put up with it.
Looks like he's asking him for his autograph in the photo.
More non-news. Cyclist has a near miss with a doddery driver.
This is real news. Something that happens every day to many cyclists. It's good that Cav and others have the profile now to get these things shown more prominently.
I reckon he probably does more everyday riding in a year than most of us do in a decade. Total is about 50,000 kms a year I believe.
welcome to the real world mark cavendish, you're not protected by the pro peloton in everyday riding, matey.
There are too many older drivers who have lost their sense of safe driving imo, new rules need to come into force asap imo.
So Cav does his training om rollers and rarely goes near the roads unless he's racing then? Also on a footnote there was a report recently published that 'older' drivers were actually safer than others due to their experience on the roads. I would suggest that many of the issues are down to temprement and that motorists should undergo a phsyc test before being allowed to drive.
Must be time for an AWARENESS CAMPAIGN. - Seems that some people want to become MURDERERS. - IDIOTIC DRIVERS!
Luckily for us cyclists; they are still a minority in our society.
I'm sure the police will follow up, which they don't always do.
