Isn't this actually a Hotta TT700 (ebay blurb calls it a 'hotter'), rather than a Lotus? I'm aware that Mike Burrows had something to do with Hotta - probably around this time in 1999 - having worked with Lotus much earlier to produce the Barcelona Games bike in 1992, the original naked carbon 'JPS' one we're all familiar with.
