Evans Cycles Off Road RideIt! Chilterns
Starting in the quaint village of Prestwood, we quickly descend into Great Missenden, the resting place and once home of legendary British author Roald Dahl. From here, we take on a gentle climb to Ballinger Common, once used as a setting for ‘Midsomer Murders’! This is where we really start to enjoy some excellent trails. The route offers plenty of short and occasionally steep climbs, which are rewarded by an abundance of stunning scenery and fast descents. Look out for the PM’s country retreat Chequers as we pass over Lodge Hill. With a variety of terrain, including some of the best woodland and single track riding in the area, this ride offers something for everyone.
