Running from November 1-3 at Victoria House, London, the theme for this year’s Rouleur Classic is the UCI Road World Championships, and will look forward to the 2019 event to be held in Yorkshire. Early bird tickets are on sale now.
The greatest cyclist of all time, Eddy Merckx, is guest of honour on the opening night and will be inducted into the inaugural Rouleur Hall of Fame - a celebration of cycling’s heroes, preserving its history and lauding the sport’s brightest lights. A guest at the first ever Rouleur Classic, Merckx will be joined in the Hall of Fame by Beryl Burton, represented at the event by her daughter Denise.
As well as Eddy Merckx, there will be a stellar line-up of guests and pro-riders in attendance, to be announced over the coming months. Already Paolo Bettini, Maurizio Fondriest, Lizzie Deignan and George Bennett are confirmed.
