EVENT INCLUDES:
An epic route predominantly on road but with a few byways, forest tracks, old Roman roads and moor top Victorian cobbles, to name a few, in places. A lavish appraisal of hills with 25,250m of climb.

This event is internationally recognised by Les Randonneurs Mondiaux and run in accordance with their regulations.
You have effectively 10 days of cycling to complete the route to qualify for the audax climbing points. Bristol Glasgow Bristol 1600km over 7days qualifies for the distance & climb points. If you enter either the randonneur or the brevet populaire event you may swap to the other up to a week before the event.

I seem to recall saint Chris being more on recent BBC road cycling coverage rather than less.
So either it has to have the characteristics of a pogo stick or, more likely, that's a typo for "bunch sprint", which is equally nonsensical...
I never heard of anyone having their leg sliced off / unexpectedly wiping out using a spoon brake, but discs...
