dunno what "C18" is from a HMRC side of things, but if you ever see C18 sprayed anywhere on a building or something, it generally means armed neo-nazis did or are operating locally.

Some tosh at the start but it gets interesting at the bottom, with a fella from Planet X giving his comments on the issue, and it seems Planet X are in the process of being shafted by the feds...
i googled C18 (see the planet x site) and came up with a video game and the computer misuse act, so i'm none the wiser - anyone know what it's all about? i'm guessing some kind of import duty charge or something...
