If you're going to add to the noise pollution, just buy a motorbike instead. They're fun.
Bikes are silent, that's a good thing.
A BOOM BOX
Attach a playing card to your frame and when the wheel goes round it catches the spokes and makes a clacking noise.

To each their own, of course, but that would drive me mental.
For me, part of the joy of bikes is their silence. I spend forever making sure there's no creaks or squeaks coming from mine. And of course, the pollution of motorised vehicles is not just harmful fumes - the endless noise is awful too. I'm not sure I could condone making bikes part of that noise.
