I think he might be referring to the fantasy football style thing that's run on this site. I could be wrong though.
If so, it is open now.
They are all open now...Tour of Flanders is already sold out...Paris Roubaix and Liege Bastogne Liege are available and many of the minor classics have sportives or randonnees associated with them and most are open now
