But then that would mean that none of those bicycle owning children had used them in the past 28 days.
I demand statistical consistency.

I love stuff like this! I showed it the kids, and got the response - “ what were the others- bears?”
Great article, always great to encourage everyone to cycle, but
"About a third said they owned one. Of those, 39% were men, and 24% were women.
Of those who had cycled in the previous four weeks, 69% were men, compared to just 31% who were women."
Only one of these manages to add up to 100%. ?
I'm 110% certain that almost no one understands percentages;)
maybe some of the participants hadn't artificially lowered their testosterone levels enough to complete the survey in accordance with the recent CAS ruling.
