Is it possible to buy replacement bearings and racers for a Ai-70f Headset belonging to a Canyon CF SLX F1N (2015)?

Oxford Products distribute Kali Protectives in the UK. If you go to your nearest Oxford stockist they should be able to supply you.

In the UK you could try kineticbikebearings, who list most things headset. Email them if you can't find what you want.
But I have heard that Canyon can supply the same for about £30, which seems about right.
