WTB makes some very nice, big wide drops- they're similar to Salsa bell laps 46cm wide- great on a crosser or a rough stuff tourer too.
I was just going to say the same, I know some big ole boys who like them. Here's a link to them on Wiggle, but have a look around and you can get 'em cheaper

46cm is as much width as you're likely to get i think. the salsas'll give you a bit of extra space and the ergo drops are good, cheap and all
