Does anyone know what the latest news is on putting in the replacement Eastway circuit now the Olympic circus has gone?

I'll try and find a plan of the circuit now.
This is from a press release issued the week before last by the London Legacy Development Corporation updating on the full range of works at Olympic Park.
Relevant bit related to cycling is:
