Wiggo usually aims fir negative splits though....likely to make time 2nd half
Remind me to take no notice of your thoughts for the rest of the season whilst playing the game
I don't think it's that said and done ....summit finishes and another ITT TO come
I agree. Pessimistic outlook is creeping in on here of late. We're only on Stage 9, after all.
Agree 100% but to do that they have to stay off the front and let other teams do the chasing ....

Paddy Power have him as 7/1 favourite.
To be fair I was basing that on the first split...
I'm on the pessimist side, this is a race that Wiggins was only likely to win by a minute or two and he's probably down by at least 3 or 4 minutes on where he and Sky planned to be.
Wiggins isn't a rider accustomed to riding away from a field to put time into his rivals, his rivals are those kind of riders and now that's exactly what he's going to have to do in order to win this race. All along the plan for his rivals was probably to force Wiggins to ride their race and not his, now his only chance of winning is to do just that.
That being said, now is the ideal time to put £10 on Wiggins to win
thanks a lot northstar!
Ok I'll still take notice of you unless it's a TT stage
Interesting, I knew Wiggo would be on mechanical gears, but he's on a standard Dura Ace chainset, NO O rings....
Might regret not picking Dowsett after I mentioned him above but at a penalty transfer for Visconti he'd need to podium (25 points or more) to make it worth it as it'd be a penalty transfer to him in, another to get him out plus guaranteed jersey points for Visconti.
I tried to only bring in TTer's that would be useful for upcoming stages......Durbridge the only luxury pick and he'll come out tomorrow(probably for Sammy Sanchez).
Impressive from Dowsett though.....unlucky chrisdstripes!!
I have to stop not picking my tip just because they're cheap. Went Ferrari over Gavazzi on Thursday just because I had the funds, and did the same today with Phinney over Dowsett. Was unlucky on Weds, but apart from that I've made some crap decisions this week!
Berard (AG2R) DNS today
Trust him, he's in my purist...and I couldn't squeeze Dowsett into my standard team....
Sorry for any caps Faux pas. Doodgy tab.
I Amm having A Giro Shockker. So ignore mypiccks of
Bradlley
Nibaly
pauliny
Durbridgy
Aruy
Pirazzy
Viscontty
Battagliiny
Berardy
Coverage about to (finally) start.
1 A. Dowsett 1:16:27
2 L. Durbridge +35
3 J. Sergent +2.00
4 D. Cataldo +3.24
5 S. Tuft +3.40

Well I give up on today, need a Hesjedal/Wiggo 1-2 and Santambrogio to pull something out now.
I had Phinney from day 1 so can't complain about that but should have gone Dowsett over Sergent
I think Gavazzi is a shoe in for the Lanterne Rouge
Phinney 2:12 behind Dowsett? Knew I should have shuffled for a few extra credits and gone for Beñat.
I have:
Evans
Durbridge
Phinney
Kelderman
Svein Tuft
Danielson
Dowsett
Tanel Kangert
Tobias Ludvigsson
If I'd done my research I'd have probably not have had Phinney, in favour of Sergeant and Boaro (for Ludvigsson). I haven't really been following so didn't know about him having a fever.
1 M. Belkov Katyusha 1:27:57
2 L. Pichon FDJ +5:14
3 M. Mínguez Euskaltel +5:37
4 J. Bobridge Blanco +6:25
5 R. Andriato Vini Fantini +9:23
6 M. Gavazzi Androni Giocatt. +11:37
INTXAUSTI
KELDERMAN
CLEMENT
HESJEDAL
TUFT
SANCHEZ
BETANCUR
ARU
DeHAES
Dowsett fastest thru 1st check
1.18 over Sergent
Phinney 2.12 off the pace
According to Diretta, the first starter Bobridge started 10 mins later than planned, so if you have a list of start times I think you should put them all back 10 mins.
Also
The sun is shining
Made a couple of changes for today but also making sure i can make easier changes for tomorrow. 20 penalties points today also. Not overly confident in today as after the last couple of days i'm not sure there are any obvious riders for today!? Although thinking Evans is looking farely sharp at the moment
Wiggins (for Viviani)
Tuft (for Paolini)
Intxausti (Di Luca)
Ludvigsson (for Cattaneo)
Aru
Visconti
Pirazzi
Santambrogio
Weening
Made all my transfers as soon as the transfer deadline changed yesterday. Was kinda fool hardy but worked out ok. Could've gone crazy with more penalty points but felt i'd only be bringing riders in i'd have to get rid of tomorrow for more penalties.
