I didn't pick up on the different scoring either TBH. Still, no getting round the fact that some of my picks just stink; 5 extra points for P-Sag wouldn't have helped me much.
Having waited long enough, The LR points are going to Feillu, Although listed as DNF on the UCI, He's still in the GC on the UCI pages....good enough for me
To lighten the mood...... Back upto 11th on fs tds gc
It didn't mean "complain" as is moan and whine, That's what we have enrique for
I should have said something like, its a wonder its taken 5 stages for people to pick up on the change to the points scoring.
You are right though, It isn't "normal" scoring, because most races combine the points and sprints into the overall points. Its just the TdS didn't
Not good day for me, but i still reckon tomorrow may be a sprint, I have Demare and Sagan for tomorrow. But do I bring in Kristoff and who do I drop with the TT in mind, Mollema or Kreuziger
I'm surprised its taken 6 stages for people to complain......If you look back in Stage 2's discussion, you will see what was said
I'm not complaining..I'm just pointing out what I THOUGHT was an error, now I'm enlightened and wiser and trying not to be a bitch about it. Pointing out what I/we SHOULD have done makes no sense, and frankly, makes it a bit uncomfortable writing in these forums.
Because I explained on STAGE 2 if you had been paying attention.....The "points" competition in the TdS ONLY related to finish line points.
So I am using the SPRINTS competition to score the points. Rather than just rewarding those who finish high on a stage with extra bonus points
Dammit..I have to learn to read the whole "scoring info", including the last bit..it says "Sprint points"..my bad..can I have the points anyway
And you wonder why new posters don't post here, hardly welcoming is it?
I'm keeping an eye on Feillu, I use the UCI and Official results to score, I don't touch Cycling News, to many errors that they are not quick to fix.
Sagan doesn't have any points http://live.tourdesuisse.ch/MatsportJson/07_TDS_Sprints.pdf
That can't be right can it? Sagan, Kristoff etc don't feature anywhere on that list for overall points?
The sprint comp isn't scored according to the scoring info in game..however, the POINTS comp is..and Sagan is leading that by 55 pts and Demare 50 pts.

Wasn't Sagan "Lantern Rouge"..haven't received 10 points for him.. nor the 5 points for 1st place in the points comp...
my bad..guess cyclingnews.com is wrong..he wasn't last man home..

152 DNF Romain FEILLU FRA VCD 29 +30:27
Nope, Feillu got a DNF for outside the time limit as I read it
Fair enough. It doesn't say DNF on the TdS results sheet :-

Hmmm, He was listed as 151st a minute ago...
Last home is Cyril Lemoine, I will update again once its finished updating....
Romain Feillu actually, another 1'20" further back in 152nd place
Just when I was thinking YES, my purist team will move up....Sagan comes home LAST
Sagan 107th, plenty behind him
1,2,4,7,9 & 18 for me on stage
The top 5 in the GC
A good day, but Tschopp instead of Kangert didn't work well in the end
Gc looks like
1 Mathias Frank
2 Rui Alberto Faria da Costa
3 Roman Kreuziger
4 Thibaut Pinot
5 Bauke Mollema
6 Tejay van Garderen
7 Daniel Martin
8 Cameron Meyer
9 Tanel Kangert
10 Simon Spilak
I had 1,2,3,7,8 on the stage and 2,3,5,6,10 on GC.
I reckon that will be an average day though with a few having the first 4
1,4,7,8,9,11 stage
1,2,3,4,9,10 gc
1,2,3 mountains
Think vrecer still gets me sprint points as well .....
All in not a bad day for me
1 Costa 2 Mollema 3 van Garderen 4 Pinot 5 Meyer 6 Martin 7 Kreuziger 8 Spilak 9 Frank 10 Dombrowski
But this happened....

1269 and sagan in for tomorrow already
I'm thinking Meyer could be in with a shout tomorrow......
If schleck keeps climbing like this he could be heading back into form at the right time
Trust him, the day I take Sanchez out....he does something
