I agree, I have seen worse close passes.
As I said I only saw the incident when I wasn't watching it! I you know what I mean
But the cab's wing (door for pedants) mirror is much less than the regulation five feet from the cyclist's arm.
Also the driver made no attempt to slow down or move out, he just rolled past as if the cyclist did not exist.
