Causes of collisions: Source of graphic

Recently a couple of users posted a graphic (may have been EU-based) for causes of collisions or KSIs (I forget which) - it was a matrix of road user types down each axis, one being the cause, the other being the victim.

Can anybody pointme to those sources (or the posts here)?

Think it was from the ETSC - the figure here. (I think I posted one from a few years back but not sure where that is now...)

Other stuff like this:

Same thing for the UK (2019) PACTS - PDF with images here (and worth reading through).

Who is killed: (EU 2021) - Over time.
