I've always used a very light grease on mine. Currently using a tub of Silkolene Pro RG2 synthetic grease that is beautiful stuff and will probably last a lifetime - and cost less than a tenner.
The lubrication for these bearing is light oil like sewing machine oil.

I have Ceramic Speed hybrid BB bearings on my Tarmac. CS makes an all around grease for all bearings whether it be hub or BB. Low to medium viscosity and reduces friction. However, it's for dry and sunny weather coditions.

Any thin oil should do, I think. Not that I'm posh enough to own any wheels with CULT hubs, lol. But they are just bicycle wheels and it's not an exacting environment for lubricants either in terms of load or RPM.
