Intriguing new folding bicycle - Kwiggle

Seen this folding bike and they go into details on their website about how their upright position is mechanically superior to the usual bent over stance. Surely the aerodynamics suffer, though.
I've got my doubts about how those wheels would handle UK potholes.

Does ISP mean integrated seat post? Surely the stiffness is irrelevant when the bike is on gravel with fat low pressure rubber? Not that aero...

Isn't it just a "giraffe" version of one of these?
That fork is really going to confuse certain mechanics.
I wonder if these will be stocked by Halfords?

I'm dubious as to whether it has confused the mechanic at the photoshoot already.
It's possible that reverse rake was needed to get enough trail for stable handling.
