There are a bunch of (led) vintage style parts on amazon, but these are quite vintage looking like the one i had on my old CCM so maybe too vintage for you. Anyway have a look. Cheers!!

If you can move your brake pads down 4mm and you're not wedded to keeping the bike as authentic as possible, you could switch to 700C and give yourself a vastly wider choice of wheels and tyres.
