Ha! I cycled 91 miles before I ate those two 14oz steaks in Wetherspoons, Sleaford for my second breakfast.
I was aiming for 300 miles that day but had a waterproof jacket failure. I got very cold, probably close to hypothermia which messed up that plan!
I am aiming to get something out on YouTube by the end of the week to tell the story of my month record. I've only just sorted out my computer today, as it went kaput during my record attempt.
I also intend to put other stuff out on YouTube regarding the Year and Month Record and the next steps towards another go at the Year, which is looking like it will be an even bigger challege thanks to how well Amanda Coker is going.
I also plan on answering any questions via YouTube, so if you have any, please post them on my Facebook page so that I can collate them and answer them in one go.

Thanks for all the help, support and encouragement during my record attempts so far. I could never have done it without all of your help.
Steve Abraham
The most impressive thing? That he rode 11,000 km and only gained 3759 m of altitude. That is billiard table flat!
I think you're confusing Steve's stint on roads with hills and wind etc (45-odd km of climbing) with Amanda Coker's HAMstR wheel - 6 mile loops of a flat, sheltered park, and, yes, approx 11,000 feet over the entire month.
Excellent work: there's not much beats a well-earned steak... I can't imagine earning a double steak-frites brekkie, but that must be some feeling
Chapeau!
I'm half his age and have never got round to a cycle of more than 80 miles XD
Sign up for a 100mile event!
How is he paying for those steaks?
Did it once, to cross it off my list of things to do...not doing it again!
Good man. Let's hope no kamikaze scooter tossers hinder him this time.
Massive, well done!
Had a look at Coker's Strava:
September
11,109.8km (6902.8126miles)
336h 1m
3,579m
So he can still do it. He's on about 6,840 before setting off today? Piss easy for him.
Awesome Steve.
