Wrong again chump, 25% PARTLY at fault, again thats according to the police whom we know have an inbuilt bias against people on bikes and show all too often a lack of understanding as to why a motorist is at fault.
But if you believe the BS of the 'nearly 50%' for Switzerland then clearly you're a narrow minded idiot who just wants to believe what they want to believe without actually looking at actual real facts nor why situations occur, not to mention blaming victims and discharging those that do do the harm from being in the wrong.
The rest of your blather is simply nonsense.
How many killed cyclists in urban areas, how many are motorists at fault, in the UK say, we already know that more than 3/4 of all incidents are considered by the motorcentric police force to be solely the fault of the motorist so basically your drivel is exactly that.
apply what you've written to motorists and you have a far more accurate description of the modern day motorist and the root cause of the numbers and indeed why the attitude of a few people riding bikes comes across as aggressive.
Please also give some hard evidence for people riding bikes having their awarness reduced by wearing headphones.
Please give some evidence as to innapropriate clothing, helmet didn't save his life though eh and was a contributing factor to the obviously overtly dramatised (fantasised) behaviour and demise, you missed that though didn't you plug!
Direct Line did a survey some years back and found 12 million red lights were run every single month by drivers of motorvehicles, that's not even including amber gamblers. So again your tosh is just plain tosh.
clearly there are some people no matter what mode of transport are selfish "wankers" but as a troll you would know that by far this is not those riding on two wheels under their own power, isn't that right plug?.
Second day cycling in Switzerland after two weeks in Spain and it is awful here compared to Spain. Drivers just don't give a f@#$.
Don't go to Switzerland with a bike. You are not welcome here!
Oh those Swiss and their sense of humour!!
Is it just me or is it all rather light hearted (e.g. ending music) considering the content? Maybe if I understood a bit more German it would help...
"Almost half! Would you believe it?"
well yeah - 50/50 would be statistically neutral, so less than that might be significant - if they gave us the actual figures rather than some vague bullshit
99% of all cycling accidents involve a bicycle
I suspect London has a higher percentage, seriously what's the point of helmets if you don't do cycle training..
I did 'cycle training' for work, the instructors didn't know half of what they should of known, they didn't know when to take primary and even tried to tell me off for taking primary to avoid shitty passes, silly f**kers wanted me to cycle in the door zone so far as I could tell. Cycle training is out of date.
Switerland is an excellent country and is above criticism.
Whilst cycling in the Alps a few years ago the only hassle I had was from two CH plated motorcyclists who decided that powering past me within a few inches was okay. Got to the top of the 2nd col of the day and was having a nice chat with an Austrian touring motorcyclist and he agreed that many Swiss motorists were just "Blöde Fotze" and when confronted were a bunch of "hosenscheisser" (trouser shitters).
complaints have been forwarded to the relevant police forces for spreading this crap.
Given the number of cyclists in places like China must dwarf the number of cyclists in Switzerland, I'm surprised that "Swiss cyclists cause almost half of all cycling accidents". They must be really crap.
I blame all those DT Swiss spokes
The guy is not wearing hi-viz and probably not paying Swiss road tax. He deserves all he got. Pity the helmet didn't save him.
Depends what you classsify as an "accidents involving bikes" My understanding that far and away the most common cause of injury in this country is simply falling off you bike. Difficult to blame anyone else in these cases.
more Swiss cycling antics

Switzerland is one of the few countries I have cycled in where drivers behave more badly towards cyclists than in the UK (Romania and Russia are the others). I can only assume that this statistic has been generated by the Swiss equivalent of the Daily Mail.
You ain't seen notihng yet until you've ridden in certain metros and regions of America.
Seriously? I go there regularly and it's heaven for cycling (apart from tram tracks!)
Note that the guy who pulled out without looking, or even reacting just sped off. Quite a strange video.
Thats a little harsh, he could well have checked the mirror while the cyclist was moving from the nearside to the offside.
Anyway, i take the message as 'people drive like dicks, be careful out there'
Just watched the video. Looks like the cyclist is knocked off by a motorist who changes lane without indicating and then fails to stop at the scene. Are you sure its not aimed at motorists?
So in other words where there's an accident involving a cyclist it's more likely that the cyclist isn't at fault and somehow it's the cyclists that need educating.
Total shitbags.
