Rapha offers same-day pre-Christmas delivery in London

You might think that with Britain gripped by wintry conditions the like of which most of us have never seen, same day deliveries would be an impossibility.

Indeed with snow and ice wreaking havoc with deliveries of Christmas presents, most retailers are no longer guaranteeing delivery by the 25th. But this Thursday and Friday, Rapha office staff will be taking to the streets of London to make sure customers get their Christmas gifts on time and to raise money for charity.

With courier services already dealing with a huge backlog of parcels, come Christmas morning many families will be exchanging pictures of presents that are still in transit rather than the real thing. In a bid to ensure this doesn’t happen in London, Rapha is offering a same-day service with employees – many of them ex-couriers – delivering last minute orders by bike around the capital in the two days leading up to Christmas.

Same-day delivery will cost £15 per order and all money raised will be donated to The Prostate Cancer Charity and London Courier Emergency Fund.
