Shokz (formally AfterShokz) OpenMove & OpenRun headphones are 30% off during Prime Day. I find them really good for running & cycling. The "sweatproof" of the old TrekZ has never been a problem in the downpours I have run/cycled in.
(I don't want to get involved in the support your local bike shop/big business is bad debate, just letting anyone else who can't afford to pay full price, but still wants to get good quality product. and yes, the "good quality" is my experience, so others may have a different take on it)
Don't buy from Amazon, support your local bike shop
I tend to try SJS cycles first.
Hurrah for Spa!
Also re Topeak saddlebag, have a look at Carradice - it isn't all cotton duck and bag loops.
Or don't.
Why should we support a company that fails to pay its workers a fair share, has poor employment practices and does everything it can to get out of paying its fair share of tax: https://www.theguardian.com/technology/2023/jun/01/amazon-uk-services-ma...
A shameful company which no one who believes in society should use.
Hear Hear!
Every pound spent on Amazon is a pound sent out of your local economy, a pound taken away from people in your area and put into Jeff Bezos pocket. Your buying decisions are important, make them with intent.
Also, from a cycling perspective, Amazon's policies for its delivery drivers of pavement, cycle lane and other dangerous parking is putting our lives at risk. Financially supporting an organisation which actively risks our lives just to save a few pounds a year is a self defeating short term view we should all be avoiding.
Or don't
At least, make a stand and avoid any marketing which includes the word 'Prime'.
