Apart from the next cyclist to be targeted for their bike.
That statement made it sound more like the theft was very much incidental to the stabbing, i.e. a targeted attack where they thought they may as well nick his bike too.
[EDIT] - it looks like Operation Fortitude is Wilts' team dealing with gang/drug-dealing activity.
