Predictably in pink, but also available in an equally standard aqua colour option, Dare2b's Zippidee is nonetheless a good looking jersey. It (along with the Kiss Ass shorts) is allocated the heading of Mountain Bike clothing by Dare2b, but in reality it shares the more generic nature of the shorts. This is a general cycling jersey, rather than being particularly specific to one style or another. Relatively speaking it's a little pricier than the shorts, but £40 is still a reasonable and fairly standard price for a technically competent jersey with some good features.
The first thing you notice about the Zippidee - apart from the colour and the name with echoes of the Magic Roundabout- is its length. The fit is really long in the body, making it a much better choice for taller women than shorter, but it does sit happily higher up nonetheless, due to its elasticated bottom. The fabric is soft and silky, with strategically placed mesh venting zones down the sides and down the centre of the back. There are three elasticated rear pouch pockets, which are hugely deep due to the length of the jersey overall, plus a small zipped security pocket. The hem is elasticated, well shaped and features gripper tape. The neckline is an attractive shape, with a decent length of zip at the front, and there's plenty of reflective trim all over the jersey for added visibility.
If the fit suits you (long in the body but otherwise pretty true to high street sizing and not 'race fit') it's a very competent jersey. The fabric is comfortable next to your skin and wicks moisture quickly and effectively, while the ventilation panels work well to keep you cooler in hot weather or when working hard. It's nicely featured and attractive too.
Middle of the road price, but a well featured and capable jersey. A good option for taller women

Keep it clear of velcro (snagging risk) and would prefer washable at 40 but should last well.
