Competition Prizes
Don't want to fall out with anyone but wondering who to contact regarding the Vuelta Pais Vasco overall prize. Do the prizes just take a while to be sent out? Have used the game contact email address and tweeted Dave, but still no answer.

Sorry to hear of all these folks not receiving their prizes.
BUT, following my win in Vuelta Espania, I can say I had my bike delivered within 7 days of dispatch. That is excluding the 9 days it sat in customs here in Australia.
The only delay I had was my accurately completing the claim form. But prize was dispatched within 2 days of my form completion.
A big thank you to the team (both Road cc and Wiggle)

Is there any prize for the Tour of Oman purist competition? Never thought that I would actually win a competition, and I am not sure whether there is any prize and what is the process for claiming it if there is.
Don't worry. They don't always send prizes.
Not moaning Dave as im not overly fussed, but still not received anything for 3rd place la Vuelta

It's strangely reassuring to know that I'm not the only disappointed customer/participant.
Nothing yet. No correspondence. I know prizes aren't the reason for entering Fantasy Cycling but this just puts me off taking take part next year.

According to his post in the "Fantasy league 2015", Dave Atkinson was supposed to be on the case.
T&Cs say that any prizes will be announced before a competition starts so I doubt there will be. I won the Ruta Del Sol Purist but am not expecting anything.
My second place in Romandie was nearly a year ago now and still no sign...
If only it were last year dude! I just won the Paris - Nice Purist comp! But don't think there are any prizes this year, unless previously stated like Tour Down Under and Spring Classics.

I can feel your frustration and pain from here el gordo.
I have spoken before about the CUSTOMER service/satisfaction and maintenance of this PREMIUM fantasy competition.... or Lack of it.
Obviously Wiggle Honda (Even if a British team with a JAPANESE car sponsor LMFAO ) run their women's cycling team better. Whats wrong with Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar, Land Rover, McLaren, Lotus, Rolls. Just to name a few.
So glad Greenedge has Orica ( Oz mining company ) and Gerry Ryan ( Jayco Owner, another Oz company).
I hope it all turns out well for you and everyone gets their prizes. And you paid for this stress.

That's odd as I got my buff from Pais Vasco in July. Still waiting for another one from Tour de Suisse though. At least I'm not waiting for a bike though !

i don't know how to check properly what stage it was, it was my purist team on a time trial, but it certainly was months ago.
Whereas i am still waiting for a bike!
Now over 3 months since the Giro finished and still no sign or news of it.
Disappointing to see that yet another request for an upate on an outstanding prize (this time from backflipbedlam - cool name!) appears to go unanswered.
Surely someone at road.cc knows what's going on?

I won the Tour of Poland Purist game and have not received my prize. I tried emailing the game email address but no reply.

Lets not forget if you are a premium player (like me) you have paid to enter. It is only fair that we get the prize when we win or at least an apology if it is delayed.

I won stage 13 of this year's Giro, it's only a pair of sunglasses but still waiting. Didn't get the note that Joelsim referred to earlier.
I'm still waiting too. Won a stage and the overall at the Dauphine so won a buff and a jersey but nothing yet.
I find the silence on this to be remarkable to be honest. Somebody has our prizes if Wiggle sent them?
I'm third in the Tour of Britain game at the moment but is the bike going to go missing too if I win?
Tens of thousands in entry cash have been paid to the folks running the game. This is no way to treat paying customers.
